EPN™ + The Path to Transformation™
Enrolment Terms and Conditions
Version: August 2026
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
These Enrolment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrolment in and participation in the Entrepreneur Performance Network™ (“EPN™”) and The Path to Transformation™ (“PTT™”).
The supplier of the membership and program is:
Richard Fournier, carrying on business as Entrepreneur Performance Network™
Business mailing address: 156 Duncan Mill Rd #1, North York, ON M3B 3N2
Email: support@joinepn.com
Phone: 1-249-468-3234
In these Terms, “EPN™”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the supplier identified above. “Member”, “participant”, “you” and “your” refer to the person enrolling in EPN™ and PTT™.
By accepting these Terms and completing an enrolment payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. EPN™ Membership and The Path to Transformation™
Your initial enrolment provides twelve (12) months of membership in the Entrepreneur Performance Network™, beginning on the date your initial enrolment payment is successfully received.
Your applicable initial program investment covers this twelve-month EPN™ membership term and includes participation in one six-month Path to Transformation™ cohort.
Your initial membership includes participation in The Path to Transformation™ six-month cohort program, weekly facilitated PTT™ sessions during your assigned cohort, access to the PTT™ learning portal and applicable digital program resources, one physical Path to Transformation™ workbook, access to applicable EPN™ membership programming, community activities, meetings and events offered during your membership term, and other member resources or programming EPN™ may make available from time to time.
The Path to Transformation™ is intended to be completed during your initial twelve-month EPN™ membership term.
Your PTT™ cohort may begin after your EPN™ membership begins. Access to the PTT™ digital learning portal does not necessarily begin immediately upon enrolment and will normally be provided at or shortly before the start of your assigned cohort.
Reasonable changes may be made to program schedules, facilitators, speakers, meeting locations, technology platforms, content sequencing or delivery methods where necessary to operate or improve the program.
2. Membership Term and Renewal
Your initial EPN™ membership term is twelve (12) months beginning on the date your initial enrolment payment is successfully received.
Your initial membership does not automatically renew merely because EPN™ has a payment method on file.
For clarity, the Extended Payment Plan described below is a fixed payment arrangement for the initial program investment. It automatically ends after the sixth required payment and does not constitute an automatic renewal of your EPN™ membership.
Before your membership expires, EPN™ may offer you the opportunity to renew for an additional membership term.
Any renewal offer may include a different membership fee, payment structure, benefits or terms from those applicable to your initial year.
A renewal will only take effect once you affirmatively accept the applicable renewal terms and complete or authorize the applicable renewal payment arrangement.
If you do not renew, your EPN™ membership will expire at the end of the initial twelve-month term.
3. Program Investment and Payment Options
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
At enrolment, members may be offered one of the following payment options.
Pay in Full
The Pay-in-Full program investment is $5,000 CAD plus applicable taxes. The full amount is payable at the time of enrolment.
Extended Payment Plan
The Extended Payment Plan program investment is:
$6,000 CAD plus applicable taxes.
The program investment is payable in six monthly instalments of $1,000 CAD plus applicable taxes. The first instalment is due and charged upon enrolment. The remaining five instalments will be charged automatically at monthly intervals to the payment method provided at enrolment.
The Extended Payment Plan is a payment arrangement for the full $6,000 program investment. It is not a month-to-month membership.
Applicable taxes will be added to each instalment according to the tax rules applicable to the transaction.
4. Authorization for Scheduled Payments
If you select the Extended Payment Plan, you authorize EPN™ and its payment processor to charge the payment method used for your initial enrolment payment for the remaining five monthly instalments of $1,000 CAD plus applicable taxes.
The remaining instalments will be charged automatically at monthly intervals following your initial enrolment payment until all six required instalments have been paid.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that sufficient funds or credit are available for scheduled payments.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, EPN™ may contact you to update your payment information or otherwise resolve the outstanding amount.
After the cancellation period described in Section 7 has expired, a failed payment does not cancel your membership or eliminate your obligation to pay the remaining program investment.
EPN™ may suspend access to membership benefits or program resources while a material payment default remains unresolved, subject to applicable law.
5. Taxes
Applicable GST/HST and any other legally applicable sales taxes will be added to payments.
The amount of tax charged may vary based on the information provided during enrolment, the location associated with the transaction and applicable tax rules.
The applicable tax rate will be determined based on the information provided during enrolment and applicable tax rules. For the Extended Payment Plan, applicable taxes will be added to each of the six $1,000 CAD instalments. The total program investment remains $6,000 CAD plus applicable taxes.
6. PTT™ Cohort and Learning Portal Access
Your assigned PTT™ cohort will have a scheduled start date and anticipated completion date.
Payment and EPN™ membership do not necessarily provide immediate access to the PTT™ learning portal.
Learning portal access will normally be released at or shortly before the start of your assigned cohort.
You may be required to activate or create an account through Thinkific or another learning platform used by EPN™.
Your login credentials and digital access are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold or provided to another person.
EPN™ may release program content progressively according to the cohort schedule.
7. 14-Day Cancellation, Refunds, Cohort Transfers and Non-Participation
14-Day Contractual Cancellation Period
EPN™ provides every new member with a fourteen (14) calendar-day contractual cancellation period beginning on the date the member’s initial enrolment payment is successfully received.
During this 14-day period, you may cancel your enrolment for any reason.
To exercise this contractual cancellation right, written notice may be sent to support@joinepn.com. Your cancellation request should include your name and the email address used to enrol.
Upon a valid cancellation made during this 14-day contractual cancellation period, EPN™ will refund amounts paid toward the applicable program investment within fifteen (15) days of receiving the cancellation notice, or sooner where required by applicable law.
If physical program materials have already been shipped or delivered, EPN™ may provide reasonable instructions regarding their return.
This contractual 14-day cancellation policy does not restrict, replace or waive any cancellation, refund, cooling-off or other rights that may be available under applicable law. Where applicable law provides greater or additional rights, those rights will prevail.
After the 14-Day Cancellation Period
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, after the 14-day contractual cancellation period has expired, your enrolment represents a commitment to the full program investment applicable to the payment option you selected.
For members using the Extended Payment Plan, all remaining instalments continue to be payable according to the six-payment arrangement described in these Terms until the full $6,000 CAD program investment plus applicable taxes has been paid.
Choosing not to attend sessions, access program materials, complete assignments, participate in EPN™ activities or otherwise make use of the membership does not constitute cancellation and does not relieve you of your payment obligations after the applicable cancellation period has expired.
Cohort Transfers
EPN™ understands that business or personal circumstances may occasionally require a member to change PTT™ cohorts.
At EPN™’s discretion and subject to cohort availability, you may be permitted to transfer to another PTT™ cohort.
A cohort transfer does not cancel your EPN™ membership or your payment obligations.
Any transferred cohort must normally allow you to complete The Path to Transformation™ within your original twelve-month EPN™ membership term.
A cohort transfer does not restart or extend your twelve-month EPN™ membership term, create a new 14-day contractual cancellation period, automatically pause or change scheduled payments, or create a right to a refund, unless EPN™ expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Physical Workbook and Shipping
One physical Path to Transformation™ workbook is included with your initial enrolment.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
EPN™ will make reasonable efforts to have your workbook delivered before or near the beginning of your assigned PTT™ cohort.
Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping carriers and circumstances outside EPN™’s reasonable control.
You should promptly notify EPN™ of any change to your shipping information.
Replacement workbooks required because of loss, damage after delivery or incorrect shipping information supplied by the member may be subject to an additional charge.
9. Participation Responsibilities
EPN™ and PTT™ are participatory programs.
You are responsible for your own level of attendance, implementation, participation and completion.
You are encouraged to attend scheduled sessions, complete applicable exercises and assignments, use the learning materials provided, participate respectfully in the EPN™ community, maintain appropriate technology and internet access, and make your own decisions regarding the application of the material to your personal and business circumstances.
Your decision not to participate fully does not alter your payment obligations after applicable cancellation rights have expired.
10. No Guarantee of Results
EPN™ and The Path to Transformation™ provide education, coaching, facilitation, community, tools and performance-development resources.
Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors, including a member’s effort, decisions, circumstances, skills, experience, market conditions and implementation.
EPN™ does not guarantee increased income or revenue, business growth, increased sales or clients, employment or career outcomes, investment results, personal transformation, achievement of a particular goal, or any particular financial, professional or personal outcome.
Testimonials, examples, case studies and discussions of member results describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
11. Professional Services Disclaimer
EPN™ and PTT™ are educational and developmental programs.
They are not substitutes for individualized professional advice or treatment.
Nothing provided through EPN™ or PTT™ should be interpreted as individualized legal advice, accounting or tax advice, financial or investment advice, medical treatment, psychological or mental-health treatment, or other regulated professional services.
Members remain responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
12. Intellectual Property
All EPN™ and PTT™ materials, including without limitation videos, workbooks, exercises, frameworks, presentations, recordings, worksheets, training materials, documents, branding and other content, remain the intellectual property of EPN™ or its applicable licensors.
Your enrolment provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use program materials for your own participation and development.
Unless EPN™ provides prior written permission, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, upload, teach from, commercialize or create competing commercial materials substantially based on EPN™ or PTT™ proprietary materials.
13. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
EPN™ members may discuss business, financial, professional or personal matters during group sessions, meetings and community interactions.
Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
You agree not to knowingly disclose another member’s confidential information outside EPN™ without that person’s permission, except where disclosure is legally required.
Members are expected to interact professionally and respectfully.
EPN™ may address conduct that materially disrupts the program or community, harms or harasses another member, involves unauthorized recording or distribution of member discussions, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the EPN™ community.
Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of participation, subject to applicable law.
14. Recordings
Certain EPN™ or PTT™ educational sessions may be recorded for program or member-access purposes.
Where practical, members will be informed when a session is being recorded.
Participation in a recorded session may result in your name, voice or video appearing in materials made available to other authorized members.
EPN™ will not use a member’s image, voice, testimonial or likeness for public promotional or advertising purposes without appropriate permission.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Technology
EPN™ may use third-party service providers and technology platforms to administer or deliver the membership and program, including payment processors, CRM systems, Thinkific, video-conferencing platforms, email providers and shipping carriers.
EPN™ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
Where a material technology issue affects program delivery, EPN™ will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a practical alternative.
16. Changes to Program Delivery
EPN™ may make reasonable changes to individual session dates, facilitators, speakers, locations, curriculum sequencing, technology platforms or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.
EPN™ will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
If EPN™ cancels an entire PTT™ cohort, EPN™ may offer an alternative cohort, comparable delivery arrangement, credit, transfer or other appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPN™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from participation in EPN™ or PTT™, including lost profits, lost opportunities or business losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Members remain responsible for their own business, financial, professional and personal decisions.
18. Privacy and Communications
EPN™ may collect, use and store information reasonably required to administer membership and enrolment, process payments, provide program access, communicate program and membership information, ship program materials, maintain appropriate business, accounting and tax records, and operate the EPN™ community.
Program-related email and other necessary service communications form part of administering your membership.
Marketing communications will be managed separately in accordance with applicable consent requirements and EPN™ privacy practices.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and your enrolment are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that applicable legislation does not permit EPN™ and a member to waive or restrict.
20. Entire Agreement, Severability and Changes
These Terms, together with the applicable checkout or payment page, any invoice where applicable, any payment arrangement confirmed at enrolment, and any written enrolment confirmation provided by EPN™, form the agreement governing your initial membership and program enrolment.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
EPN™ may update these Terms for future enrolments.
The version applicable to your enrolment will be the version accepted when you enrolled. Material changes to your existing financial obligations will not be imposed without your agreement unless permitted or required by law.
21. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as written acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
By selecting the applicable acknowledgement and completing payment, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms before paying, that you understand the membership and program being purchased, that you understand the total program investment applicable to the payment option selected, that if you selected the Extended Payment Plan, you understand and authorize the fixed six-payment automatic payment arrangement described in these Terms; that you understand the 14-day contractual cancellation policy, that you understand that additional statutory rights may apply, that you have had an opportunity to correct your enrolment and payment information, and that you agree to these Terms.
