The Foundation of EPN

    The Path to
    Transformation

A six-month journey designed to change the way you think, act, and perform.

Every EPN member begins with The Path to Transformation, a structured 24-week process designed to help you understand and strengthen the beliefs, self-image, habits, emotional patterns, and behaviours influencing your results.

This isn't about giving you more information.

It's about helping you close the gap between what you know you're capable of and how consistently you actually operate.

    THE PATTERN

    You know what to do.
So why aren't you doing it consistently?

Most ambitious people don't struggle because they lack information.

You know focus matters. You know discipline matters. You probably know many of the actions that would move your business and your life forward.

But knowing what to do and becoming the person who does it consistently are two very different things.

You start strong, then drift. You make a decision, but familiar patterns eventually return. Fear, distraction, avoidance, self-doubt or competing priorities influence what you actually do.

    What you see

    The surface

    Behaviour

    Decisions·Actions·Follow-through·Results

    What's driving it

    Beneath the surface

    Internal patterns

    BeliefsSelf-imageEmotional patternsHabitsInternal standards

These internal patterns can influence what you pursue, what you avoid, how you respond to uncertainty and whether you follow through when motivation disappears.

If you want to create lasting change in what you do, you have to be willing to examine what's driving it.

    FROM AWARENESS TO CHANGE

    The pattern isn't permanent.

    • Patterns can be recognized.
    • Beliefs can be questioned.
    • Standards can be raised.
    • Habits can be changed.
    • A different self-image can be strengthened.
The objective isn't to become someone else. It's to become more consistently capable of being the person you already know you can be.

    But awareness alone isn't transformation.

Lasting change requires you to recognize these patterns when they appear in the moments that actually matter, and deliberately practice a different response.

    The pathway

    01

    Recognize

    Become aware of the pattern.

    02

    Question

    Examine what's driving it.

    03

    Choose

    Interrupt the automatic response.

    04

    Practice

Reinforce a different way of operating.

The Path to Transformation provides the structure for doing that work over six months.

    The Six-Month Experience

Six months. Twenty-four weeks. A deliberate process of transformation.

The Path to Transformation is not a collection of videos to watch and forget.

It is a structured six-month experience designed to help you examine the patterns influencing the way you think, act and perform, and then deliberately practise a different way of operating.

Over 24 weeks, the work progresses through six interconnected stages.

    01

    Awareness

Begin by examining where you are now, the results you're creating, and the patterns that may be influencing them.

    02

    Beliefs

Explore the beliefs and assumptions shaping what you expect from yourself, your business and your future.

    03

    Self-Image

Examine the identity you have developed and begin strengthening the self-image required for the person you intend to become.

    04

    Emotional Patterns

Develop greater awareness of the emotional responses that influence decisions, avoidance, confidence and behaviour.

    05

    Habits & Behaviour

Move from understanding into deliberate practice by strengthening behaviours and routines that support your goals.

    06

    Integration

Bring the work together so that the changes you have been practising can become a more consistent way of operating.

    This is Active Work

    PTT combines:

    • Weekly guided curriculum
    • The Path to Transformation workbook
    • Exercises and assignments
    • Digital resources and supporting material
    • A weekly live cohort session facilitated by Rich
    • Repeated application between sessions

Plan to invest a minimum of 30 minutes each day in the work, in addition to the weekly cohort session.

The value of PTT does not come from simply understanding the material.

    It comes from applying it.

The six-month structure creates the time, repetition, accountability and environment required to move beyond a temporary burst of motivation and begin establishing something more durable.

    The Foundation of EPN

PTT is where the work begins. EPN is where it continues.

The Path to Transformation is the foundational experience of the Entrepreneur Performance Network.

Every EPN member begins here because a high-performance network becomes considerably more valuable when its members share more than ambition.

They share a common language, a common framework and an understanding of the work required to continually raise their own standard.

For your first six months, your PTT experience and participation in the EPN community run together.

You are not simply completing a program.

You are becoming part of a community of entrepreneurs, business people and sales professionals committed to becoming more capable, more consistent and more deliberate about the way they operate.

After the initial six-month PTT experience, members may have the opportunity to continue their involvement in EPN through an ongoing paid membership. Details, programming and membership options may evolve as EPN develops.

    PTT gives you the foundation.

EPN gives you a place to keep building.

    Who PTT Is For

PTT is for people who know they are capable of more.

You do not need to be failing to need transformation.

In fact, PTT was created for ambitious people who may already be accomplishing a great deal but recognize a gap between what they are currently producing and what they believe they are capable of.

PTT may be for you if

    • You are ambitious, but your consistency does not always match your ambition.
    • You know what you should be doing, but you do not always follow through.
    • You find yourself repeatedly starting, stopping and restarting.
    • You recognize patterns of avoidance, procrastination or self-doubt that sometimes interfere with your performance.
    • You have achieved meaningful results but believe another level of performance is available to you.
    • You are willing to examine your beliefs, habits, self-image and behaviour honestly.
    • You are prepared to invest time in the work rather than simply consume more information.

PTT is probably not for you if

    • You are looking for a quick motivational boost.
    • You want someone else to be responsible for your results.
    • You are unwilling to examine your own patterns and behaviour.
    • You want transformation without consistently doing the work.

    PTT does not require perfection.

    It requires participation.

    The Client Experience

What does the work actually feel like?

The experience of PTT is difficult to understand from a curriculum alone.

Sometimes the best way to understand the work is to hear from someone who has actually gone through it.

PTT isn't about becoming dependent on a coach.

It's about developing greater awareness of yourself, understanding the patterns influencing your behaviour, and learning to operate differently when the moments that matter actually arrive.

The goal is not simply to feel different during the program.

The goal is to become more capable of creating different results after it.

Rich Fournier, creator of The Path to Transformation

    About Rich

I've spent decades studying one question:
Why do we so often fail to do what we already know we should do?

For much of my adult life, I have studied human performance, personal development, behaviour and the psychology of change.

I've trained extensively in the personal development industry, including work with Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins, while also spending more than fifteen years building businesses, leading salespeople and working in the real estate industry.

But PTT did not come from theory alone.

It came from observing the same problem repeatedly in myself and in other ambitious people.

We often know what to do.

We can set goals, make plans, attend seminars, read books and become highly knowledgeable about success.

And yet knowing rarely guarantees consistent execution.

I created The Path to Transformation to explore the deeper question:

What actually has to change within a person for their behaviour and results to change more consistently?

PTT brings together the principles, frameworks and practices I believe matter most into one deliberate six-month process.

The objective isn't to tell you how to live your life.

It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, challenge what may be limiting you, strengthen what serves you, and become more deliberate about the person you are becoming.
